SOUND HEALING

Sound healing is a holistic practice that uses various sounds and vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This can include the use of singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, chimes, and even the human voice. The theory behind sound healing is that everything in the universe vibrates at its own unique frequency and that by introducing different sounds into the body, imbalances can be corrected and harmony can be restored. Whether used for physical or spiritual purposes, sound healing is a powerful tool that has been used for centuries to promote wellness and well-being.

WHY I DO IT

Once I started to work through my own life experiences, spiritually, after living a very chaotic life, I have a deep urge to use what I've learned to help others find peace within their lives as well. Spreading wellbeing and unconditional love wherever the universe sees fit for me.
